All 1:1 coaching packages include the following:
60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom/Google Meet/FaceTime or phone, or in person if local
Sessions scheduled weekly(-ish… because life happens!)
Email and text support and encouragement between sessions

EmPOWERed Perimenopause 1:1 Coaching Session
$97 single session
What the heck is perimenopause and how do you know if you’re in it? Here’s a hint: if you are in your late-30s or older and feel like your body and brain are going haywire, you’re IN IT. But do not despair! Perimenopause is a marathon, not a sprint, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for you to reconnect with your authentic self, learn to embrace your changing body, and move forward with renewed purpose. In this single session, I will give you an overview of perimenopause, answer your questions, and help you reconnect with your core values and an establish a vision for how you want to rock this phase of life. When our 60 minutes are up, you will feel empowered, focused, and motivated.
This session also includes my EmPOWERed Perimenopause Resource List, exclusively for Power Peri clients!
